Sleeping Cabins                        $ 70.00 per night/family

Large 14’x16’ two-room cozy rustic-style cabin. Sleeps 2 adults & 4 kids easily (6 person, 4 adult maximum). Full-size, pull-out futon and a dorm-size refrigerator in front room, 2 sets of bunk beds in back room. Air-conditioned. Porch with chairs, deluxe fire ring with an adjustable grill top, picnic table & water outside. There is no indoor plumbing, and no cooking allowed inside. You must bring your own sheets, pillows, blankets & towels.

Deluxe Cabins                $159.00 per night/family

All the conveniences of home. Sleeps 2 adults & 4/6 kids easily (8 person, 4 adult maximum). Rear bedroom with a queen-size bed, a full-size, pull-out couch in the living room and a carpeted sleeping loft. These cabins have a full kitchen and a bathroom with a tub and shower. Central A/C & heat. TV w/satellite, VCR & DVD player. They are furnished with everything you need except linens and towels. There is a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, alarm clock. dishes, glasses, flatware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. You must bring your own sheets, pillows, blankets & towels.

Maximum Occupancy in cabins is Due to Fire Codes and must be strictly enforced.

No Smoking -Our cabins are all smoke-free.

NO PETS - Due to health regulations, pets are not permitted in any of our rental units or on site. Anyone bringing a pet will forfeit their deposit and will not be permitted to stay.

Check-in time 3:00 pm, Check-out time 11:00am.

Payments/Cancellation - Must Be Prepaid in Full at Time of Reservation. 21-Day notice prior to arrival date to receive a refund, less a $10.00 administrative fee, or full amount certificate good for one year pending availability. NO REFUNDS for cancellations received with less than 21 days notice. No refunds, credits or changes will be given due to the discomforts of nature - The fun continues rain or shine!!!

Security Deposit of $100 Required at Check-In. Security Deposits must be in the form of Cash, Visa or MasterCard, No Checks. If you use your credit card we will bill your card for the $100, not a hold. Regular Check-out time is 9AM-Noon. Security deposits will be refunded within ten business days of departure, unless there are pending charges. Time permitting, Sleeping Cabins with pre-arranged check-out times may receive Security Deposits back after check-out walk-thru approval.

Deluxe Cabins - Due to the quality of our deluxe units, your deposit will be held until we are done cleaning your unit after your departure. At that point, your deposit will be refunded by mail or credit card within ten days. Units requiring additional cleaning (dirty dishes left, litter, and other abnormal cleaning) or damage (furniture, appliances, walls, carpeting, etc.) will be assessed an hourly cleaning and/or repair charge.

Lost Keys - Entire security deposit automatically forfeited. No refunds for early departures. Anyone asked to leave the campground will not be issued a refund.
