SMITH’S Golf Cart Safety Rules
Only licensed
drivers listed on the rental agreement may operate the golf cart.
Children are
not allowed to sit on the drivers lap or to steer the cart.
All passengers
must be seated at all times. Maximum of 6passengers riding on
the cart at any given time.
Cart may only
be operated during normal non-quiet hours:
7:00 am – 10:00 pm Sunday through Thursday
7:00 am – 11:00 pm Friday and Saturday
